1. Scope

So Last Seasons, owner Anne Schneider, based in Basel, is a children's fashion that sells new Scandinavian children's fashion from previous collections at reasonable prices with an online shop only for Switzerland. The general terms and conditions apply to everyone on the website.www.solastseasons.com orders placed.

2. Order and conclusion of contract

Orders placed in the online shop are legally binding and require you to purchase if you have agreed to the terms and conditions and pressed the buy button. After receiving your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us by email.

3.Our delivery and sales conditions

After the order confirmation, we will send you the ordered items to the delivery address you provided. The usual delivery time is 2-4 working days.

4. Offer

As a rule, the items offered in the online shop are current and available. If a purchased item is no longer available due to inventory discrepancies, So Last Seasons will inform you of this fact as quickly as possible and the amount will be refunded.

5.Prices

Our sales prices are stated in Swiss francs including VAT and excluding shipping costs. The original price is calculated based on the sales price in EUR converted into CHF at the current rate plus 7.7% VAT.

6.Delivery and shipping scope

We only deliver within Switzerland.

7.Shipping costs 
For our delivery throughout Switzerland you pay a shipping fee of CHF 7.50 (economy). There are no shipping costs for orders with a goods value of over CHF 100.

8.Payment options 
You can pay for your order by credit card (VISA, Mastercard) using the secure payment system SSL Secure Shopping or via online transfer from Klarna. Any fees charged by the card institutes will be charged to you.

9.Voucher 
A gift voucher can only be redeemed before completing the ordering process and for the full amount.

10. Right of withdrawal/right of return 
You can cancel the contract within 10 days of receipt of the goods with a description of the reason for the return by returning the goods. Returning the goods is your responsibility and we will cover the costs. 

Only items that are absolutely intact and in perfect, unworn condition will be taken back. Items must be returned in the original, undamaged packaging. In particular, worn, soiled, damaged or bad-smelling products cannot be returned.

11.Delivery defects
We ask that you check the delivered items immediately upon receipt. Complaints regarding scope of delivery, material defects, incorrect deliveries and quantity deviations must be reported to us in writing within 5 working days of receipt of the goods. The defect will be checked immediately by So Last Seasons. If the defect is accepted by So Last Seasons, you will receive an identical replacement item, if in stock, and the shipping costs will be refunded. Otherwise, the entire amount will be refunded to you.

12.Warranties 
The warranties for items purchased from So Last Seasons are limited to the assurances provided by the respective manufacturer. Any claim will be void in the event of improper handling or personal intervention.

13.Data protection 
The protection of your personal data is very important to us. We observe the applicable data protection regulations and secure your data against unauthorized access by third parties (data security precautions). 
Our online shop is encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer), which means that all offer data as well as your payment and customer data are securely transmitted to us. 
 
So Last Seasons may use your personal information to send you special offers or information about new collections. You can withdraw your consent to the use of your personal data for advertising purposes at any time by sending an email to anne@solastseasons.com. 
 
We secure our website and other systems through technical and organizational measures against loss, destruction, access, alteration or distribution of your data by unauthorized persons. Access to your shopping account is only possible after entering your personal password. 
 
This website contains a Facebook and Instagram button. By activating the Facebook button you come into direct contact with the social network Facebook. Facebook uses personal data of its users in a manner that may not be in compliance with data protection regulations because insufficient information is provided about the use of the data. The So Last Seasons owner Anne Schneider is not liable for any damages that you incur as a result of misuse of your personal data by Facebook.

14.Applicable law and place of jurisdiction 
The contractual relationships between you and So Last Seasons are subject to Swiss obligation law. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Basel-Stadt.
